Macclenny Housing Authority rents conventional Public Housing from its own housing stock on three sites within the city limits. Baker County Housing Assistance Program is the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program which allows the participant to lease from private Landlords anywhere within Baker County. Both programs base the tenant’s rent on their income, usually 30% of their adjusted monthly income.
